Bigfix client service got failed

hi,
in one of my relay server while i tried to restart the bigfix client the status getting failed unable to start, kindly please give any solution on this or the only way is uninstall and installation.

Stopping IBM BigFix: BESClient: [FAILED]
Starting IBM BigFix: BESClient: [FAILED]

What is in the logs?

log itself not generating in __BESDATA/__GLOBAL/Logs

Ok, rename the __BESData folder and restart the client. Otherwise looks like the install is broken. So if the first step does not help, try reinstalling the client.

You sure the installation location has the masthead.afxm (ActionSite) file in there.
