My query is if we have Bigfix server of 7.2.5.22 ,can we install Bigfix agents of 8.0 version? will it work ??

It should work…

But it is strongly recommended that you use a BigFix Server with a greater or equal version of the agents/relays since the bulk of our testing is done with that configuration.
