I have a problem with ATM’s that are locked down.
The agent is able to update its status report regardless of its mode, but it fails to perform actions while it is online(locked down mode).
When I send a task to the agent when the Atm is online(locked down), it will not perform it but it refreshes the status showing last reported time updated. As soon as it is rebooted in admin mode, it starts processing the tasks.
Is there a document that I can go through that gives the low level process/workflow of the task from the server to the agent?
If not what are the minimum rights needed for Bigfix Agent to function.
