You mean your installing BigFix agent itself to a system, and in doing so, a reboot is triggered?
I don’t think there are any cases where installing the agent should cause a reboot.
If you mean installing software with BigFix and that causes a reboot, then that would depend on the software in question and how you are installing it and if you set any post-action in BigFix. Generally when installing windows software with BigFix you specify
/NORESTART or similar to prevent an automatic restart from the software install, but you don’t need to do that with everything, only some software, and how you actually do it is different depending on the installer type, the software, and many other factors.
Can you provide examples?
