BigFix 8 client upgrade fixlet failing on Win 2000

When using the Client upgrade fixlet I get status “failed” on Win2000 servers (yes there are still some in production).

When looking at the action I find:

continue if {name of operating system is not “Win2000” or not exists running application “mmc.exe”}

This is slightly confusing as the description for this fixlet is “Updated BigFix BES Client Now Available! (Version 8.0.584.0) - 2000/2003/XP/Vista/2008/7”

Any ideas?

There are known issues where the client upgrade will fail if the Microsoft Management Console is open when you try to upgrade. This line aborts the action if the MMC is open.
