We are having an issue with the BESClientUI.exe on Windows Server 2008 x64, when you start the Client UI from Start area the program shows as running in Task Manager, but the gui never appears on screen.

BigFix 7.2.4 has extensive BESClientUI changes and also has some minor additional support for Win2008. I suggest you try the new version of the BigFix Agent and see if the problem persists.
