BFI Not Showing Data for "Last Used"

Would this be expected behavior?

When I run the following on an endpoint it returns the following for both:
Mon, 16 Jul 2018 07:14:14 -0500

last start time of application usage summary "visio.exe"
last time seen of application usage summary “visio.exe”

In BFI Reports, for the same host, “Last Used” shows <no data>. My understanding is that you would only get <no data> if there wasn’t any application usage for said app. For example, Visio was installed but never opened.

Thoughts?

That’s my understanding, as well. Is it possible that Visio.exe is not mapped to the application in BFI? Are you seeing what you expect for other endpoints? Any errors in the ETL that might suggest some of the usage data isn’t coming over?

It is small percentage over all; others show a date. The endpoint seems to be reporting information correctly otherwise and Properties are the same on all endpoints:

Sounds like an issue with the ETL processing of app usage data, then. Any other apps for the same endpoint showing “Last Used” information?

Excel on the same endpoint shows “Last Used”. I’ll need to determine which spot in the process the problem is. You’re saying to look in the import log on the BFI server; searching it for this hostname?
