Besrelay update relevant when not?

Hi,

I updated to latest version 7.2.4.60.

Server went ok, console went ok, relay went ok. But… When I have done all my 50 relays, two of them keep reporting relevant to Updated BES Relay Now Available! (Version 7.2.4.60).

Going on the client. and running: version of regapp “besrelay.exe” in the qna it respond 7.2.4.60.

When running: exists regapp “besrelay.exe” whose (version of it < ") it responds false.

So why do the console report it relevant?

Any tips what I might be missing to notice or do?

Hey Fredrik,

It is possible your cache is corrupted or maybe that the client is having some problems evaluating the Fixlets or reporting properly…

Our next troubleshooting steps would be:

  • Clear the console cache.
  • Send a refresh to the agent.
  • Check the agent’s logs to see if there are any errors that might cause this issue.

You might want to contact support and they can help you analyze this data…
