Can anyone provide any info on this executable? I would like to use it, but not sure how to, or if it is even still supported.

Hmmm… I don’t remember this one at all… I will look into it…

What do you want to use a tool like this?

I’d like to be able to run a report that displays all console users and their managment rights. I’m hoping this does that, but would just like some more info. thanks ben.

Ben, did you ever get any info on this?

After some investigation, it appears that Tyler wrote this in 2004 (he couldn’t remember it)… We can also see that it won’t work in the newer versions of BigFix…

We can probably write a session relevance query that would get you this info (using the Excel Connector or a custom web report)… Did you just want to see a list of each user and each computer name?

I would like to see each operator and their mgmt rights (i.e. how are they being given rights to the clients they can administer). This way I can run a periodic audit to make sure that each operator is only seeing the clients they should be.

The issue is that we can’t really display the mgmt rights in the same way the Console shows it (in the tree based on property). I could potentially show you relevance that determines each user’s mgmt right, but that might not be easy to read…

How about the name of the operator and the number of computers that they manage?

No, that doesn’t really help Ben because the number of computers they manage don’t mean anything. Oh well, thanks anyways.

Can you put in an enhancment request to be able to do what I’m looking for? In my opinion, with such a powerful tool, the ability to have routine operator audits should be an “easy win”.
