I’m wondering whether it is possible to include some additional statistics regarding the health of a deployment such as the actionsite size, certstore size, maximum & average size of retrieved properties evaluated, maximum & average action size, number of clients pointing directly to the BES Server, any retrieved properties have evaluation frequencies below the heartbeat interval, etc. And to flag those values in red fonts if they are beyond expected safe values.

It might be useful for us to determine if we are deviating from expected usage patterns of BES that might cause performance or other issues.

Hey Dominic,

We have just completed the initial version of exactly such a thing (nice timing for your post). It is a “Deployment Health and Best Practice” dashboard that will check many of the things you listed. We hope to release it soon after it has some more testing. It will likely go into the BES Support site.

We will make an announcement to the BES Admin list when it is released.
