BES console freezes when adjusting window sizes

BES console freezes when adjusting window sizes. Message: Everytime I adjust the size of any pane in the BES console the console will freeze up forcing me to restart the console.I have tried different screen resolutions. I have installed the “Office Web Componets.” Uninstalled the console and reinstalled.I’m running windows 7.

It sounds like you have version 8.1.511.0 or below of the console installed on a machine that has IE9 installed. If you have IE9 installed, I’d suggest uninstalling IE9 or upgrading your console to a version that supports IE9.

I have BigFix Console version 8.0.627.0 with IE9…

basically any version below 8.1.511.0 will exhibit this issue. (at least in the v8 family)
