BES Console Fixlet Catagories

I don’t know if I inadvertantly changed something with the console settings or what, but when I expand “All relevant fixlet messages” or any other group under the fixlets tab, the only catagories I get are “by source severity” and “by source release date”. What happened to all the other catagories you can sort by? On the tasks tab I still have all the other catagories that I used to have in the fixlets tab – “by catagory”, “by site” and “by source”, etc.

Any help on what I need to do to change this back is much appreciated. Thanks.

try clicking on the fixlet messages tab, then in the right hand pane, right click the column header and select your missing fields. They should then show up on the left side.
