BES Clients in Grace & Restricted Mode

All:

I had to remove with BES Remove my existing setup due to HD limitations on the install partition. I reinstalled on the exact same machine but new drive with ample disk space, however I am getting fixlet messages in regards to BES Clients in Seat Count Grace Mode and BES clients Restricted by Seat Count. I do know that from the fixlet description that “This situation may occur if you are in the process of uninstalling and reinstalling BES Clients, in which case the license numbers for the uninstalled BES Clients may not yet have been released”, my question is how long before the licenses are released so that the clients may be released from a restricted state. I have a license of 555 computers but only 313 machine reporting in.

Is there a way to force release the licenses so that the clients can reacquire it or is there just a set time period I have to wait?

Just to clarify, I added in the retrieved property for BES client state, I have a count of restricted 666/555… just need to know when the license count will be released.

I just want to know, will the license count reset itself with the licenses are released or do I need to contact licensing@bigfix.com because my setup is now jacked…
