BES Client version

When I create a report and use the BES Client Version property, several workstations come back with a version number of none. Why is that? How can I clean up this report?

Is this property in an analysis? If so, which one? and is it activated?

You might try to also clear you console cache…

Yes this is from the BES Component Versions analysis.

The analysis has been active for a year. I have cleared my console cache and I still see the issue.

I am not sure… Are these old BES Agents?

you might try the following:

  • Deactivate and reactivate the analysis.
  • Make a new property called “Version of Client” with the relevance version of client.
