We are running TEM version 8.1.551.0 in a very large environment. A signinficant portion of the clients are still using version 7.2.4 or 7.2.5 clients. I have to convince others that it would be in their best interest to upgrade their clients to 8.1.xxx. What are the advantages that come with a client update and conversly, what are the disadvantages/ negative impacts for staying on an old client version?

And… 7.2 is going be end-of-life relatively soon… So you should upgrade not only for the increased stability, better performance, and new features… but also if you want to stay current…
