Install succeeds on most of our test machines but a small number are failing and upgrade is leaving the client in a stopped state.

Any assistance would be appreciated. We have 800+ machines to deploy to.

You might have a previous installer that left behind some corrupted installshield files… Can you delete the folder “C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Professional” and see if that helps?

I’ve also seen that running the fixlet “TROUBLESHOOTING: Upgrade InstallShield 11 Installation Engine” resolves the issue.
