Hey Everyone,
I am trying to track down documentation related to the BES client installed on the workstation - specifically, I am trying to put together documentation for support professionals like myself that only have access to the client. I am looking for information on topics such as how the client works, opening the UI, a description of the UI, where the logs are, troubleshooting the client, etc.
Can someone point me in the right direction for this? Does anyone have anything similar they could share?
I would greatly appreciate it. I have reviewed the Documentation area on the BigFix website and if this information is on there, I can’t find it anywhere.
