It seems to work fine on mine… I will see if we can get the documentation updated to reflect the vista support.

I worked with support to resolve another issue (I needed to be educated) and I was told:

“The Client Diag tool was broken with 7.0, only 5.0 - 6.0 BES work with the tool. So yes the tool is wrong.”

Hi rames,

Could you try running the current version of the Client Diagnostics and see if its working now? We have tested it on 7.0 and Vista so this should be supported.
