I’ve successfully patched my Linux Server client numerous times and now I receive this message “BES Client Computer is Low on Free Disk Space (fixlet:29)” when attempting to patch my server. Where are the patch files located on the client in order for me to delete them so that I can move forward in my patching process
You wrote “when attempting to patch my server” I assume it is not the Bigfix server, but a “Linux server” having the Bigfix client. Under that conditions unless the linux has also a “Bigfix relay” installed, then no files should be left on the agent cache after the installation. However you may want to investigate the following folder:
/var/opt/BESClient/__BESData/your_patch_site_name/__Download
If the folder doesn’t show big files or it is empty, then investigate the subfolderd under /var/opt/BESClient/__BESData
