BES Client Actions not completing

Hi Team,

We have one Client where actions are reaching to the Client and it’s chacking whether the action is relevant or not after that actions are not starting for completion.

I had checked the Debug lo,Client log and Profiler too didn’t found any useful info for trouble shooting.

Can any one give better suggestions to fix this Client?

RiyazBasha,

Is it just evaluating the content or is it actually beginning the action? I would double check the version of the actionsite on the client, it’s relay, and the BES Server, to see how they match up.
