Bes client 7.2 not responding on windows 7

Hi, i have this issue that whenever i tried to push down a fixlet to a windows 7 client, it bes client will not respond to the action until the PC is rebooted or bes client service restarted. is there anyway i can troubleshoot what is causing the bes client not responding?

have you checked the client log yet? The default client logfile location is Program Files (x86)\BigFix Enterprise\BES Client__BESData__Global\Logs

Have you checked if the Windows Firewall is blocking communications from the BES Server? If so, the computer will not receive the UDP packet that says there is a new action. See this KB article for more details:
