Hi, i have this issue that whenever i tried to push down a fixlet to a windows 7 client, it bes client will not respond to the action until the PC is rebooted or bes client service restarted. is there anyway i can troubleshoot what is causing the bes client not responding?
Have you checked if the Windows Firewall is blocking communications from the BES Server? If so, the computer will not receive the UDP packet that says there is a new action. See this KB article for more details:
