BES 7.0 Group relevance

Hi

We just put a fresh install of BES 7.0 in as opposed to an upgrade and everything is looking good.

Just one query though, I’ve imported my old baselines and automaic groups but I’m having some problems with relevance

The relevance used in the baselines just references the appropriate group id :

member of group 59678 of site “actionsite”

This no longer works, mainly because the group id’s have changed, for instance one of them is now “00-52”

So I change the relevance to read :

member of group 00-52 of site “actionsite”

But the baseline still doesn’t pick up any of the group members.

Has the relevance changed in 7?

If so, is there an updated windows inspector library document available?

Hey Steve,

With the introduction of the possibility of multiple BES Servers in 7.0, we changed the ID scheme to prevent collisions. Each server has an ID so in the case of your system, “00” is your server and it is action ID 52. I believe that your group ID will be 52, but you can double check by evaluating this session relevance in your presentation debugger.
