Baseline policy, changes to baseline

Simple question:

If you have a baseline running as a policy, and you make changes to that baseline with the policy running, will the policy recognize those changes and implement them? Or do you need to stop and recreate the policy?

You will need to stop and recreate the baseline action.

This is done by-design to avoid problems where a change in a baseline (or Fixlet) will have unattended consequence of changing open actions.
