Hi everyone , as title can I let Server auto find critical task for window patch then auto deploy by the console ,can I build this task let it auto working ? By the way, do not use Web UI .

Time to start using the WebUI. 
You are describing patch policy which is found in the WebUI.
You other option would be to create some code that leveraged the API’s to search available fixlets and create actions.
