Hi All
we are getting Authentication popup in BigFix console in between when users are working on console, this issue for all Master and non master operators
when we checked in erros / warnings in console its showing HTTP: Unauthorized (in calss LicenceUpdateRefresh Task), attaching screen shots for your reference

Its normal behavior someone might have restarted BES Services which invoke the re-authentication prompt for users who logged in as putting their ID & passwd during console logging, not with use windows session credentials.
Anyone who logged in using Windows session credentials option, will be exempted by it because console automatically authenticate those users in the background.
If you are continue seeing these error & no one is playing with the BESServices you should go for detailed investigation & open case.
