Application information (for Macintosh) not reporting all Macs

Recently, I discovered that I’m having an issue with this Analysis (the Application Information (Mac OS X)) not running against all my Macs. I’ve checked the relevance several times and it should be returning something, but it isn’t. On the other hand, the Network Information is applying to all the Macs and yet it has the same relevance. I’ve copied and pasted it into the other Anaysis, restarted it, still doesnt’ report. There are no firewall issues that I’m aware of and these Macs are the save version of OS. The only difference that I’m aware of is that the client was installed at different times. Almost all the other Anaylses are reporting back nominial.

Anything that I should be trying to fix this? I’ve searched the forums but I didn’t find an answer. Also, I didn’t want to add to another thread that only explained what the App Info analysis is and what it does.

Any help or steps in the right direction would be much appreciated. Thanks!

You might want to clear your console cache just-in-case it got corrupted…

Thanks for the tip. I just tried clearing the cache and had no success. I’ll take this up with my bigfix admins locally as they have been fuddling with permissions to Sites for a while and it may be something related to another issue I’ve had with permissions and not being able to adjust computer properties on computers.
