Android devices can't connect

I have setup a relay in DMZ but the Android devices still can’t connect. Can you think of a reason that PC’s can connect to the server through the DMZ but Android devices can’t? Port 52311 is obviously open.

Hey Scott,

Android Agents work just like other BigFix Agents and so they should be able to connect the same way… Here is some info on troubleshooting connectivity issues:

The next step in figuring out why the agents can’t connect would be to look in the agent’s logs and see if we can see which relay they are trying to connect to and what the error is.
