AIX property not reporting properly on some AIX 7.3

I have a few AIX servers, I think all at AIX 7.3 that aren’t showing the same oslevel in BigFix qna as the actual OS level of the server…
for example:
Q: current service pack of operating system as string
A: 7300-02-03-2446
T: 75760

and oslevel -s shows 7300-03-00-2446

And idea why this is happening? What is BigFix actually checking to get the current service pack of the operating system?
Running BigFix 11.0.1.104

Did you try to restart the Client or the AIX machine?
BigFix Client caches OS information and the refresh is triggered by some OS files update; in the past we noticed some of those OS files are not updated till the OS reboot.

Yes the OS was rebooted as part of the patch from 7.3 TL02 SP03 to 7.3 TL03 SP00. I also restarted the agent and no changes.

I have even tried to reinstall the bigfix agent and no differences.

Suggest opening a support ticket for deeper investigation.

Rough check on our AIX 7.3 showed correct result for 7300-02-03-2446.

I would also suggest to open a support case.
