Hello
Question about the airgap process, After running the airgap response file, the server will notify the clients and relays that there is new content available. Is there a way to throttle these udp notifications? My Citrix team is claiming that the spike in network traffic negatively impacted the performance of their Citrix clients.

Yes, I faced a similar issue years back where heavily-provisioned VMWare systems were impacting a SAN when they all executed a site gather at the same time.
_Enterprise Server_ClientRegister_BatchCount and _Enterprise Server_ClientRegister_BatchDelay configured on the parent Relays can throttle how many clients are notified, and to add delay between groups of client notifications.
These affect all of the UDP notifications to clients - both ‘new site versions’ and ‘new action issued’ are affected. This was quite some time back but my recollection was that configuring it with something like BatchCount 5 and BatchDelay 5000 (milliseconds) was a good balance between action responsiveness and workload-spreading in my environment.
