I’ve installed agent version 9.0.787.0 on a (10.9 Mavericks) Mac and the agent refuses to run.
I tried to upgrade to agent version 9.1.1117.0 over top of it to see if it would run but it didn’t either.
I used the agent uninstaller, rebooted, re-installed with no luck.
I’ve got it succesfully installed and running on other Mavericks machines in our configuration…
Anybody have any ideas on why it won’t launch or where I can look?

Hi,
You can take a look at the log files.
It can be useful.
/Library/Application\ Support/BigFix/BES\ Agent/__BESData/__Global/Logs/

unfortunately, since the agent will not run, there have been no logs created…

Hi,
When you install the agent on Mac, do you have actionsite.afxm file along with BESAgent-9.xxxxx.pkg installer in the same folder?
Other than this, I am not sure why the agent is not running.
