Agent not report until restart the service

Hi, All

  I found that there is an issue with some computers.
  The log show post successful. But there is no other relevant information come back to server.
  And when I restart the agent service, it comes back. But for a while, it still not get any new information.
  And I have to restart the service again.  Why would it happen?
  Has anyone occurred the issue?

Looks like your agent is not getting the UDP notification from its parent. Check if the UDP is somewere stopped in the way from the server to the agent. You can use the “send refresh” button, on the console, to test it on a specific client. On the client log you should see the following message:

ForceRefresh command received. Version difference, gathering action site.
