Hello,

I’m seeing an update available from Adobe for Shockwave but I’ve not seen it populated in our console yet. I’m wondering if there’s a standard release schedule that Tivoli follows for Adobe updates?

Is this documented somewhere or does anyone know?

The shockwave fixlet should be available now. Please do a gather of site:Updates For Windows Applications; Version: 452

Thanks, I see the update.

I’m still curious if there’s a standard release schedule for Adobe updates. Is it normally same day as release or is there a delay for vetting on the Tivoli side?

Hi bisbell,

yes, we usually tend to provide the tested Fixlet content for Adobe updates within 24 hrs after the updates are released. But if the update release falls on the same day as Microsoft Patch Tuesday, the Adobe Fixlets may get delayed. Given the limited resources, we prioritize the Microsoft security bulletins ahead of the Adobe updates, because of the wider applicability of the bulletins.
