Adobe reader Default PDF Windows 10

We require to set a fixlet or task to make sure Adobe reader DC Is the default PDF program. What is the best way for doing this?

Take a look at my post below… The example is setting Outlook as the default but the same applies to anything.

For Adobe, you would set it up manually, then export the XML using the command below, then pull out the Adobe stuff to make your XML file which will be deployed.

Dism.exe /online /export-defaultappassociations:C:\temp\CustomFileAssoc.xml
