It seems that there may be an issue with the relevance for the Adobe Acrobat 10.x updates. Relevance 4 is looking for the existance of Acrobat registry entries for previous versions that a clean install of Adobe Reader X won’t have. With that relevance in there none of my machines that need the updates will show it as being applicable.

Please open a case with Support to report this issue. If there is a problem with the relevance, Support will gather information and then escalate this to product development to fix the issue.

Basic informtion to include in you request:

  1. Fixlet ID’s

  2. Fixlet Names

  3. The site that these Fixlets are in.

Any infomation about the endpoints that show the relevance is evaluating incorrectly or not as expected.
