Add-on tools required for Console functionality

We are implementing Console access via Citrix and would like to know what additional add-ons (tools) may be requried for full functionality?

Recently came up against needing flash player 9 for some of the Dashboard functions. We are also looking at providing Putty for remote access but beyond that is there anything else that we may need outside of customized content that we may create in the future?

You might need the office web controls to see some of the graphs in certain dashboards:
