is it possible to add to the SUA console some new software properties retrieved using TEM analysis?
For example, i want to list all the software that is not in the Catalog. Or I want the list of all the software that is installed in multiple versions into the same computer. I could retrieve these info by querying the database and filling a certain property defined in the TEM console.
How can I see these properties in the SUA console?
If you have the properties already defined in the TEM Console, go to the TEM SUA Control Panel>Computer Properties and add them. The results will then appear as properties of the computers in the SUA report views.
You also state that you want to list all of the software that is not in the Catalog. If you would like to see all the executables or all the install strings found in your inventory that were not used to match into the catalog, you can see that list in the Unmapped Executables and Unmapped Packages lists in the SUA Catalog UI. However, this is not really a list of all software that is not in the Catalog. It is simply lists of stuff that aren’t useful for the catalog.
Another item in your post is How to see cases where more than one version of a given product is installed on the same computer. There is no out of the box report that gives you this, but you can achieve this by drilling through the Drill Down report and clicking on the computer counts at the Software Title level. The resulting report will be a View All report showing all computers with all versions of the software title you drilled to. If you then set the Computer Name (or IP address – some unique identifier for the asset) as the primary sort and Software Title Version as the secondary sort, when you scan through and see multiple rows for a given computer, you’ll also see which multiple versions of the product appear on that computer. I am new in TEM(Bigfix) community and I have one question about component TEM SUA.

I have a lot of uncategorized software. I created new software category over - Software Catalog - Add Manualy - Discovery Unmapped Packages.
For example:
Publisher: Minitab Inc.
Software Title: Minitab
Software Title Version: Minitab 15
Package: Mintab 15.0.0. (This parameter i found in Discovery Unmapped Packages)
Than I run FULL IMPORT over Control Panel - Import Option and than I go to Drill Down by Software and I do not see any changes. Why do not I see computers with installed software Minitab 15?

I created a new software category over second option “Discovered Unmapped Executables” and I see all computers with Minitab 15 after FULL IMPORT. I dont know where is the problem in first case?
I would like to use first case because It is simple to use for our license officers.
Does somebody know why is not functional option Discovery Unmapped Package?
