Add custom properties to Computer List Panel

Hello,

Just for testing,

I wanted to add a custom column header to the Computer List Panel.

I have created my own managed properties and called it “BigFix Client version” (Relevance: version of client)

and Then for displaying this column i right-click the column headers of Computer List Panel.

and a pop-up menu, that allows to check or uncheck the properties is displayed.

However, on the available colums, my custom column (“BigFix Client version”) is missing.

I would also like to note that by clicking “Manage properties” on the colum picker window, i can find my custom column (“BigFix Client version”) .

My qustion is how can i add custom column to the available colums list on the column Picker windows?

your column for “BigFix Client Version” is probably not wide enough, i’ve seen it happen in my console quite a few times. Launch the Column Picker window, look at your ‘Current Columns’ area and see what position your new property is in (if it the last one, look after your last column on the far ride side of your console. Hopefully you can see the vertical line for the column seperator and stretch is out. I may be over the top of an existing column too.
