Is there a way to add Last Logged on user ID to the Software Usage Analysis screens?

Yes. You can add any analysis property that’s active on your TEM server to TEM SUA and it’ll be available on the reports for sorting, filtering, grouping, etc.

The steps are:

  1. In the TEM Console, activate the analysis.

  2. In the TEM SUA Control Panel, go to Computer Properties, click the [+], browse through the list and click on the property you’d like to add. Be sure it’s named what you want see in TEM SUA. Click Save.

  3. The column will appear with the data upon the next import into SUA and it will be refreshed upon subsequent imports.
