If the endpoints have the client and it’s using the masthead of your IEM instance, there is likely a network problem where the other endpoints can’t connect to report.
It sounds like you might be expecting computers to show up in BigFix just because they are in AD?
The only way computers will show-up in BigFix as a computer is if the BigFix client is installed. Once the client is installed it will show up in BigFix and it will appear in the Active Directory tree of the BigFix console.
As @strawgate points out, clients won’t show up in the BigFix / IBM Endpoint Manager Console until the client is installed.
If you have an existing management solution in place, then you can install the client that way.
If you want to install the client on many computers that are all apart of AD, then you should use a GPO to push out the client.
If you want to install the client on computers that are not apart of AD but have a known Admin user/password and are reachable on the network, then you can use something like PSExec to install the client remotely.
The last option is to go and touch each machine by hand and install the client. This is definitely not the most desirable option for a large number of machines, but it is definitely the easiest option to get a few machines in the system.
so thanks for your answers
i installed client on a 7 workstation via client deployment tool and at the workstation side the client service is started to but next problem is that workstation is still in undamaged asset category.
