Action Windows Patch baseline - source mismatch for patch - sync patch - do I have to stop and start action again

If I have initiated an action to deploy a baseline, and it
is currently “live” (as in the window to do the evaluation and installation is
now), if I make any change to that baseline to do I have to stop it and
re-deploy it as a new action? Or will it pick up the change I made and roll
forward with it?

I had a Windows patch that was failing, and I looked and saw
that it had the source mismatch for that patch. I corrected that, and now it
has no more issues in the baseline related to that patch. But I don’t know if I
need to stop that deployment and roll it out again, or if it will correct
itself now that I fixed the original baseline. Any pointers on this?

Changes to a baseline are unrelated to the ‘Actioned’ baseline, which can be considered as a live ‘version’ of the baseline, at a certain point in time, which was targeted at a specific set of machines.

Therefore, if you’ve updated the baseline, then you will need to stop any old actions that used this baseline and re-send them.
