I think it is saying that the email script we use can’t connect to your SMTP server… Did you configure it the web reports email configuration settings?
I have configured the SMTP server in the Web Reports configuration. I have also added the TEM servers’s IP address to the allowed list of IP’s for relaying. All of my configuration attempts result in the same BESEmailer.pl error as stated above.
Is there a log generated for the Web Reports site, that I might be able to check for additional information on the cause. Or a list of possible exit codes and their reasons?
Actually, our error differs slightly. We are getting an exit code of 10061.
