9.1.1117 error DatabasePropagator (1856)

After upgrading to 9.1.1117, no computer qualify in new tasks or fixlets.

In the BesRelay.log on the server :

Fri, 18 Jul 2014 14:02:10 -0400 - DatabasePropagator (1856) - Disconnecting from database; will reconnect in 10 seconds.

Fri, 18 Jul 2014 14:02:42 -0400 - DatabasePropagator (1856) - SignedDataVerificationFailure in data type ‘USERINFO’ object ‘16’ attribute ‘managementRightsSMIME’

I create a blank fixlet and no computer qualify for deployment.

I execute the IEM Diagnostics Tool, 11 out of 12 passed, the server is configured to use a remote database.

I resolve the problem by executing the command :

‘C:\Program Files (x86)\BigFix Enterprise\BES Server\BESAdmin.exe /resignsecuritydata’

Restart all BES Root Server Services.
