Hi everyone, I would appreciate any helps on this issue
I’m currently have problem with 64-bit platform. We would have 64-bit Windows 2003 SE/EE connected to Bigfix soon. During testing phase, I installed Bigfix client (.MSI package version 6.0.12.5) It’s placed in “Program Files (x86)” BES client service is there and still running. However, this server is not listed on BES console (I’m a Master operator) I checked on registry on this test server, there is no Bigfix component on registry at all. Then , I run Diagnostic tool and the result is below;
We dont have DNS on test environment. But I dont think this would relate to DNS query error because I have another 32-bit Windows 2003 EE installed with same Bigfix client MSI and it run just fine. From Diagnostic log, seem like BES client was not installed properly on server but Im not sure that this issue would relate to version of BES client or not. BTW,Could you please give me some clue or how to solve this issue?
