I was wondering if we admins could have a check box on the PREFERENCES window to choose 24 hour input instead of a 12 hour with AM/PM?
Since I am more comfortable with using a 24 hour clock and having missed an AM/PM change on a fixlet or two in the past, this would help in setting the correct times.

Go to Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options. Under the Regional Options tab, in the Standards and formats section, click on the Customize… button. In the Customize Regional Options dialog, click on the Time tab. In the Time format dropdown, select HH:mm:ss. Then you should be good to go.

Is there a fixlet to set the server time this way for local scheduled tasks? I have thousands of machines.
